Bella completed her freshman season at Arizona State University.  Her team won the Big 12 conference title finishing 30-3.  Bella was a serving specialist for ASU finishing her freshman season with 7 aces and only 3 errors.

Originally from Flint, MI Coach Wheeler has 34 years combined experience in coaching/teaching at the college, high school, and club levels, with 17 years at the NAIA and NCAA DII level. Coach Wheeler received his BA from Harding University, MSS from United States Sports Academy, MEd from Southwest Baptist University, and is USA CAP II certified. Married to Lynette (1986), Barry has 3 children (Logan, Brandtly, and Lauren) and 5 grandchildren.

I grew up in Springfield, MO. I attended Hillcrest High School where I was a 6 rotation, 4 year varsity athlete. My high school achievements include:

• 2022 Class 4 All-State Volleyball

• 1st Team All Ozark Conference, 1st Team All District 2022

• 1st Team All Ozark Conference, 1st Team All District 2021

• 1st Team All Ozark Conference, 2nd Team All District 2020

• #1 in OC for kills, #6 in OC for hitting % from the Right Side

• 5th in class 4 for kills

• Completed high school career with 1067 Kills, 893 Assists, 308 Blocks, 147 Aces, 91% Serving, and 702 Digs.

I continued my collegiate volleyball career at Southwestern Assemblies of God University (SAGU) in Waxahachie, TX. I earned a varsity letter my freshman year, and I contributed by hitting outside and right side.  My freshman stats are:

• 131 Kills

• 20 Blocks

I specialize in hitting, blocking, setting, and serve-receive techniques. I love to break down skills and work on the specific mechanics for volleyball skills. I love to work with competitive young athletes.
