Venmo: @Apex-VBC. Please write your daughter's name and team on the payment. Make sure you pay friends and family or the payment will be short due to fees being taken out.  Also the Venmo account will have our logo on the picture.  Beware of copycats!

Call The Clubhouse at 417-360-1570 between 9:00am and 3:00pm Monday-Friday.

Pay Online

Log into your esoftplanner account and follow instructions to make a payment. A 3% processing fee applies.

Log in with username and password emailed to you. Once in the account, scroll over to the team's section on the top. The team name will show up then click on the page. On the left side of the page, you will see a button called "Make A Payment Now". Click this button and you will be directed to put in your credit card information. The payment schedule can be found here or online. This will also show you the balance you have remaining for your daughter.
